Curtin Expectations for Academic Performance (CEAP)

The CEAP describes a series of qualitative measures indicative of expected performance in three areas namely teaching, research/creative works and service & leadership.

These measures guide the planning and assessing of academic work at the staff member’s current level across areas such as: academic promotion; performance review and development; position classification and appointments; workload allocation.
